4I Parking:
For loading and unloading can be stopped in front of the house. Additional chargeable parking lots are available inside and around the old town.
Kelterplatz: 31 spots, underground car park Kelterplatz: 101 lots, Parking lot "Kleine Neckerle": 90 places,and the new car park "Parkhaus an der Enz".
Please respect the local parking rules.

Dear guests,
We look forward to welcoming you to our apartments in Besigheim and would like to welcome you. The entire house including apartments have just been renovated and lovingly furnished for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. If you miss something in the apartment, or if you need help, you can contact us with confidence. Only in this way can we remedy any shortcomings quickly. All things that are in the house or belong to it, may and should be used by the tenants. However, please handle the entire facility with care. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwashing and cleaning products, trash bags in addition to the accommodation costs. The use of air mattresses and sleeping bags for overnight stays is not permitted. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
By booking an apartment, you accept the following house rules:
1I NON SMOKING
Our apartments are Non smoking. We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the apartments, thank you!
2I arrival and departure
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time a few days before arrival. The key collection takes place after individual arrangement. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am (exception see "Late check-out"). All used utensils are clean again in the closets, the beds do not have to be removed. Please throw all used towels on a pile on the floor before departure.
3I bathroom
We ask you to dry wipe the tiles after showering to avoid limescale. Slide the shower curtain into the middle for ventilation and leave the sliding door open for ventilation. In the shower and toilet no hygiene products, waste, leftovers, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. Please take advantage of the options provided.
4I damage
Nobody deliberately damages things. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. If this happens, we kindly ask you to notify us of the damage immediately so that we do not discover it after your departure. The guest is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement cost.
5I bed linen
We will provide you with linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to strip the bed linnen before your departure.
6I payment
The full rental amount must be paid in advance or at the latest when you move into the apartments in cash.
7I booking
Please send direct booking inquiries via our portal besighomes.com, by phone or better by mail to us. A definitive booking must always be made by e-mail. Procedure: 1. Inquiry by the tenant 2. Quotation with exact price quotation by mail through us 3. If you want to book the booking confirmation (by mail) will be sent to us by us 4. Payment in advance or at the latest on arrival in cash. With the booking confirmation, the booking is made and is binding. At the same time you accept our house rules / terms and conditions and cancellation policies.
8I blankets
The apartments have extra blankets. These are intended only for the interior and the balcony. We ask that you do not use them as picnic blankets.
9I final cleaning
The cost of the final cleaning are, unless otherwise agreed, with the rent paid. They are calculated for a normal cleaning effort. The apartment must be left clean on departure, dishes must be washed and provided (see "Arrival and Departure"), please separate the garbage (see "garbage"). If there are still heavy soiling on departure, they will be billed at cost.
10I bikes
In the apartment no bicycles may be parked, if necessary, please put them in the outdoor area.
11I liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest (s).
12I towels
We will provide you with bath towels for the duration of your stay. Additional towels are available on request. Please throw the used towels on the floor before departure. Beach towels you have to bring your own.
13I house right/house regulations
In certain circumstances it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartments without the tenant‘s knowledge. Please also note that the outdoor area (entrance door and access to the property) are video-monitored.
14I pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
15I internet / W-LAN
In the apartments a wireless internet connection (W-LAN) is available free of charge. Please ask us for the access code.
16I children
Parents are responsible for their children. On request, we provide you for a small fee with a travel cot, a highchair and a child car seat. Please let us know when booking what you need.
17I kitchen
All kitchens have just been completely rebuilt. Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. (Operating instructions are included). If the dishwasher is not fully loaded, please use the short program. Please only put the dishes back into the cupboards when they are clean, the same applies to cutlery, pots and utensils that you have used. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured into the sink, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. The fridge should be emptied for departure.
18I notice
In case of multiple breach of the rental conditions, the landlord may terminate the lease unilaterally and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately. A claim for reimbursement of the rental price does not exist in this case.
19I airing
To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, especially after showering.
20I garbage
Since we are committed to waste separation, we ask you to help us. For waste and recycling waste (dual system), there are corresponding containers available in the apartment. Paper, glass-bottles and garbage can be disposed of in the appropriate trash can in front of the house.
21I Utilities
Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rent. These costs are calculated for a normal consumption, these should be above average high, the landlord reserves an additional charge.
22I Parking
For loading and unloading, please stop directly in front of the house. Public parking spaces subject to charges are located within the old town and at the old town wall. We refer here to our guest app, which you will receive with your booking-confirmation. There you will find an overview of all parking possibilities around our site.
23I Price reduction
In the case of a short-term loss of furnishings, public supplies or force majeure, there is no entitlement to price reduction.
24I Defects in the apartments
Immediately inform the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Later complaints are not accepted and can not be counted.
25I Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments or in the entire house. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths, etc. means that we have to charge you this at replacement cost. It is possible to smoke on the terrace, please do not dispose of the remains on the property, but in the ashtray and after cooling in the residual waste.
26I Cleaning
Should a mishap happen to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. There are brooms, dustpan and mop, mop and cleaning products available.
27I Rest periods
We ask that you behave so that from 22:30 to 6:30 clock the night's sleep is respected.
28I Key
Please never give the keys out of hand. A loss of the key is to be reported immediately. The guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs or replacement of the locks.
29I Shoes
We ask that you do not walk in the apartments wearing street shoes.
30I seat cushion balcony and outdoor area
The seat cushions for the terrace / garden furniture please take when not in use and especially overnight in the quarters.
31I Due diligence
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. Please pay particular attention to your children. The front door should always be locked by key at night. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartments in order to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary. Please use the resources of water and electricity carefully.
32I Late check-out
For late check-out between 11:00 and 18:00, half the daily price will be charged. Late check-out after 18.00 will be charged one night's accommodation. However, this is only possible by arrangement.
33I Cancellations
We do not hope you will have to cancel your stay unplanned. However, if this happens, the following cancellation fees apply: (We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.) A guaranteed reservation is when the guest confirms the payment for the accommodation service by providing a valid credit card number and expiration date. A guaranteed reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date by giving the reservation number (except for long-term bookings in accordance with clause 12). In the case of no-shows or late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total booking but at least the first 2 nights booked. Simple reservations, i. Reservations for payment by the guest not yet guaranteed, are valid until 18:00 of the day of arrival. After 6 pm the reservation will be forfeited automatically and free of charge. Besighomes is entitled to rent the reserved apartment elsewhere.
34I Early departure
In case of early departure no refund will be made.
