Cancellation Policy

A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest has received a booking confirmation from us.

Confirmed reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date by providing the reservation number. Long-term bookings are excluded from this policy and are subject to our General Terms and Conditions (Section 12).



In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total booking amount, with a minimum charge equivalent to the first two nights booked.

In the event of a no-show, BESIGHOMES reserves the right to make the reserved apartment available to other guests.
